340B Program Manager

Fairview Pharmacy Services (FPS) has an exciting opportunity for an energetic results oriented individual to provide operational management and development of the 340B program to ensure optimal performance in compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial standards.  Perform ongoing analysis and audits of the program and data validation to ensure accurate and optimal performance. Manage drug manufacturing accounts and ensure proper inventory flow related to the program.  Manage staff related to the program and coordinate operational efforts from supporting departments. Participate in development and national roll out of IDN Specialty Pharmacy network.

Current Minnesota (or eligible) pharmacist licensure and 3 year progressive pharmacy experience, 1 year management experience.
